GYM!

why the gym is cool: hurts so good! i see results! i don't really do exercise otherwise!

why the gym is not cool: people in very very tight spandex/cotton blend outfits. why? if you're gonna sweat, wouldn't it be better to have looser breathable items? that vertical band of sweat on your butt is quite an eyesore. not that i'm trying to check out some ass, but when i'm stretching on the ground, and there's what looks to be butt leakage < 2ft-away-@-eye level...yak attack!

BOOOOOOOO-erns

f. the gas stations!

how 'bout i just direct deposit my stimulus money into my gas tank! i would 100% consider other modes of transportation if only i had options. grrr

i've found that safeway gas is the "cheapest" and doesn't run like water...its especially "cheap" if i can get my mom to buy $50 worth of groceries to get 10 cents off per gal. hmm...i just did the math and thats only about a 3% savings. grrr

on the bright side, its starting to get bootiful out so instead of driving, i'm gonna do more urban hiking. yaay!

the house with the blue door

i love the part in Notting Hill when Hugh Grant says "oopsy daisies" .... hehe

i also love the quote on the bench. ahhh

i must have seen notting hill more than 10x and still not sick of it. honestly, i'm not sure why i love this movie so much. the storyline really doesn't make sense to me...why would julia roberts start making out with some guy who spills oj on her? why does hugh grant pursue her if she's so biotchy and unpredictable to him? intrigue i guess. who's REALLY falling in love? i'm attracted to the leisure pace of the movie...its not a king-arthur-kiilleeeerrr-bordeom slow, but a nice relaxing slow. there's a good mesh of charm and wit, and hugh grant being hugh grant.

yay, love is unpredictable and sweeeeeeet. happy almost valentine's day!

neverending stooooory

-i finished harry potter! it feels surreal! i started it in sophomore or junior year of high school so i've been reading this story for um...8 years.
i need another series to read so i can finish it when i'm 30, hahahaha. i'm now reading chelsea handler's My Horizontal Life. its hilarious!

-james blunt makes me feel all emo. i saw the cutest kid ever at now and zen! he couldn't have been more than 2 years old and was quietly singing along to james blunt with his dad...he knew all the words to 'high'. my <3 melted. i love babies.

-there is a reason why weekends are 2 days long. one day is just not enough! i feel like my play time has just started and then its monday morning again.
